It started with an urge to document and hold onto those fleeting moments that I knew I’d never see again. The spark to my inspiration is without question, fully credited to them.
While I’m a working mom, I strive to be present for it all. That same intention - the desire to live a furiously meaningful life - is at the heart of every story I photograph.
Fun fact: the name “Maë Lans“ comes from both my daughters’ names and also reflects how I see the world through my lens.
My love of photography was born with the arrival of my daughters..
