1. Session Booking
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit or signed agreement. Rescheduling or cancellation policies will be outlined in your session contract.
2. Image Usage
We retain the copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for sharing and printing. Commercial use or editing beyond basic cropping requires written permission.
3. Gallery Delivery
Your gallery will be delivered digitally via Pic-Time within the agreed-upon timeframe. Galleries are typically available online for 30–90 days unless otherwise arranged. Pic-Time has it’s own terms of service and security measures in place.
4. Prints & Products
All print orders are fulfilled through our professional print lab via Pic-Time. Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor calibration. We are not responsible for quality issues with third-party printing.
5. Agreement
By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.
